STEP 1/4
Cut apples, onions, carrots, and chives into bite-size pieces. If you cut them all into similar sizes, it's neat.
STEP 3/4
Pour potato starch water into a pot and mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 5 tablespoons of vinegar
It's okay if the vegetables don't get too short of breath. When I pour it into fried food, I pour it before I eat it.
You can add cucumbers or paprika instead of apples or chives.
Let's taste it after a minute or two. It cooks quickly.
