  • thick soy sauce

  • brown sugar

  • Vinegar

  • Scallions
    1/2handful

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut apples, onions, carrots, and chives into bite-size pieces. If you cut them all into similar sizes, it's neat.
STEP 2/4
Add a tablespoon of potato starch to 150ml of cold water and mix.
STEP 3/4
Pour potato starch water into a pot and mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 5 tablespoons of vinegar
STEP 4/4
Add vegetables and fruits and mix them.
It cooks quickly, so prepare all the ingredients above and pour them right away.
It's okay if the vegetables don't get too short of breath. When I pour it into fried food, I pour it before I eat it. You can add cucumbers or paprika instead of apples or chives. Let's taste it after a minute or two. It cooks quickly. (See Video)
