STEP 1/11
I used two medium-sized potatoes and one small 120g can of canned ham
STEP 2/11
Peel and shred 2 medium potatoes
STEP 3/11
Soak the shredded potatoes in water for about 10 minutes to drain the starch
STEP 4/11
Rinse potatoes without starch and strain them through a sieve
STEP 5/11
Just like potatoes, shred the ham
Instead of soft spam and lycham, you can add less brittle smoke ham
STEP 6/11
Put 3 spoons of cooking oil in a heated pan and stir-fry it for 3-4 minutes
STEP 7/11
It takes a long time to stir-fry potatoes with cooking oil, and if you keep rummaging, it's easy to break the potatoes, so add 50ml of water (about 1 cup of soju) and close the lid and cook the potatoes
STEP 8/11
Add water, close the lid, and leave it for about 3-4 minutes to make a well-cooked potato salad
STEP 9/11
Season the cooked potato with 1/2 teaspoon of salt before adding ham
STEP 10/11
Season the potatoes and stir-fry the sliced ham
STEP 11/11
When potatoes and ham are fried together, turn off the heat and sprinkle pepper and sesame salt
It's a side dish that kids and adults like because it's savory and salty
If you put water in the pot and cook it, you can boil it separately and stir-fry it. There's no sound and you can cook it until it's less broken
