Baby food side dish squid bowl
I want to feed a 10-month-old baby squid I thought it would be too tough if I just boil it I ground it and made a squid ball :)

  • Young squash
    1/4ea
  • Flour

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the squid in cold water and peel it.
STEP 2/5
Chop carrot, onion and zucchini very finely.
STEP 3/5
Cut the squid into appropriate sizes, grind it in a blender, and mix it with the vegetables above. After that, add flour while checking the viscosity. I put in 2 spoons :) Then make it round in a ball shape.
STEP 4/5
Steam in a steamer for 20 to 30 minutes.
STEP 5/5
When it's cooked, it has a reddish color and is pretty. It's a very soft squid ball that's not tough. :) Freeze it in the freezer and take it out as a side dish for the baby
