Making chewy sweet and sour sweet and sour and sweet
Soft tofu is really delicious when it is fried with starch powder, and it is chewy, soft, and savory. Today, we're going to make sweet and sour tofu with sweet and sour sauce. Rice, noodles, and side dishes go well with you.

Cooking Steps

Next is tofu. Wash tofu clean and drain thoroughly. If there's water left, it's dangerous because the oil splashes.

Cut the drained tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Put starch powder on the chopped tofu.

Fry the tofu covered with starch powder until golden brown. Please wait for the well-fried tofu.

I'll make the sauce now. First, add water twice to starch powder and mix well.

Stir-fry green onions lightly in a pan covered with cooking oil.

When the scented green onion comes up, stir-fry the onions and carrots.

Add the prepared starch water when it boils firmly to the medium.
Don't put it in all at once. Sprinkle it evenly so that it doesn't clump together.

Boil for 3 minutes, stirring well to mix starch water evenly.

Sprinkle the sauce on the fried sauce and it's done!
You can taste the sauce before boiling and add or subtract it to your taste. Fry tofu lightly without having to fry it for too long. Before frying tofu, make sure to remove the water.
