From some point on, I think I eat oatmeal often when I think about my health or diet. Oatmeal is rich in fiber, so it's really good for dieting. Eating oatmeal instead of rice is very filling. The more you chew, the more savory it is, the better. There's nothing like this on a diet or a diabetic diet. Let's make a very simple oatmeal seaweed soup. :)

  • Seaweed

  • oatmeal

  • crushed garlic

  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Water
    300ml
  • perilla oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please prepare 5g of cut seaweed.
Using pre-cut seaweed is more convenient when cooking.
Add water moderately and soak for about 30 minutes.
It's good to soak it before making porridge.

After 30 minutes, drain the soaked seaweed through a sieve.
And prepare 45g of beef and 40g of oatmeal.

Put 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef from the soup first.

If the meat is not turning red, add the drained seaweed and stir-fry 1/3 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Stir-fry until the color of the seaweed is green and the smell of garlic comes up.

Now add 300ml of water and simmer.

When the soup boils, add 40g of oatmeal and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring over low heat.
Adjust the time according to the particle size of the oatmeal.
The particles are big, so I boiled it for about 3 minutes.
When it boils, season it with a little salt to suit your taste.
Season slightly with salt.
I put in 3 skewers.

Transfer it to a bowl and sprinkle sesame salt on it, and you're done.
