Ingredients
  • Broccoli
    1ea
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Salt
    1/2spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Salt
    1/2spoon
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Sesame
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. I also eat the broccoli column, but I didn't use it for cooking.
STEP 2/9
I need to clean the broccoli that I cut into bite-size pieces. Prepare salt and water.
STEP 3/9
Soak in salt water for about 30 minutes. You can remove the foreign substances between the broccoli. After 30 minutes, take a cold shower and clean it again. There are more foreign substances between the broccoli than I thought.
STEP 4/9
Boil half a spoonful of water and salt in a pot, and when it boils, blanch the broccoli for 30-40 seconds, then take a cold shower. If you boil it for too long, the crunchy texture of the broccoli disappears and it tastes bad.
STEP 5/9
Blanch tofu in boiling water for a while and take a cold shower. Squeeze the water with a cotton cloth, but if there is no cotton cloth, squeeze it with your hands and crush it.
STEP 6/9
Add seasoning to well-mashed tofu and broccoli.
STEP 7/9
Put the broccoli and mashed tofu in a bowl and half a spoonful of salt
STEP 8/9
1 spoonful of soy sauce
STEP 9/9
Add 1 spoon of sesame oil, mix it well, and finish with 1 spoon of sesame seeds.
