STEP 1/8
Remove the internal organs of the squid, trim it, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan preheated over high heat, put 4 wheels of cooking oil and add 1T of sesame oil and stir-fry green onions, garlic, cheongyang peppers, and onions. (Stir-fry vegetables one by one.)

When the vegetables are fried brown, add 3T of red pepper powder and stir-fry them on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add 3T of sugar and stir-fry over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add 4T of soy sauce and cook over high heat as if burning on the edge.

Stir-fry the squid with the lid on and cook for about 2 minutes.

Open the lid, stir-fry it on high heat, and boil down the soup for a minute!

If you want to eat it as a bowl, put a bowl of rice, stir-fry squid, and sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil.
1. Squid skin contains a lot of taurine
You don't have to take it off.
2. When you stir-fry red pepper powder, you need to reduce the heat to the lowest level so that the red pepper powder doesn't burn.
