STEP 1/12
-Use milk or rice water to remove the smell of the chicken for about an hour.

Cut 1 green onion into big pieces. I'm only going to use it to make oil and throw it away.

Please look at the sauce recipe written above and make it with all of them.
(1T red pepper paste, 1T oyster sauce, 1T steak sauce, 1T sugar, 1T minced garlic, 0.3T pepper)

Remove chicken leg meat and drain using kitchen towel.

Place 6T of cooking oil in a heated frying pan.

Bake with chicken skin facing down.

Add sliced green onions.

Cook the front and back until golden brown, and remove the green onion just before it burns.

If the front and back are cooked, cut them into bite-size pieces and cook them again. You have to cook it thoroughly.

When the chicken is done, add all the rice cake soup and cook it together for about 30 seconds.
STEP 11/12
Add all the sauce you made and stir-fry it again, and you can rest it on the gas stove for about 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 12/12
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds. It's done!
If you have parsley powder, sprinkle it on top of it, and it'll feel like the chicken you ordered.
