Hwasa's recipe for soy sauce noodles. How to make sauce
Hwasa's soy sauce noodle recipe from "I Live Alone" is not difficult but delicious and simple, so I often make it when I eat alone I'll share a sweet and salty sauce recipe, too. :)

달링제이
Ingredients
  • small noodles
    1serving
  • egg
    1ea
  • thick soy sauce
    2TS
  • Sugar
    1TS
  • perilla oil
    1spoon
  • ground pepper
  • Sesame
  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • seasoned laver
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
It's enough to eat noodles in boiling water. If you grab a 500 won coin, it's enough for one person.
STEP 2/8
Cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 3/8
I rinsed it under running water. You can cast it and wash it off while removing starch.
STEP 4/8
You can adjust the seasoning ratio to 2 soy sauce, 1 sugar, 1 sesame oil, or 1 perilla oil.
STEP 5/8
2 spoons of thick soy sauce and 1 spoon of brown sugar
STEP 6/8
There was no perilla oil, so I replaced it with sesame oil. I think it'll be good to choose one of the two
STEP 7/8
Pour the sauce on the boiled noodles and mix it well.
STEP 8/8
It's delicious if you add a little bit of Cheongyang red pepper and seasoned laver to your taste. :)
