STEP 1/10
Prepare 85g of tuna can, 2 eggs, and 33g of green onions by cutting them.
STEP 2/10
Put 33g of green onion and 2 tablespoons of tuna oil in a frying pan and stir-fry it over medium heat until the scent of green onion comes up to make green onion oil.
STEP 3/10
When green onion oil is made, add 85g of tuna can, stir-fry it, and push it to the edge of the pan
STEP 4/10
Add 2 eggs, break the yolk, make a scrambled egg, and push it to the side of the stir-fried tuna.
STEP 5/10
Add 0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce and blow it over medium heat until 1/3 of the soy sauce is left.
STEP 6/10
When 1/3 of the soy sauce is left, rub the fried tuna and egg scrambled eggs together in the soy sauce and mix them evenly.
STEP 7/10
Taste it slightly and stir-fry it with a little salt if you feel it's bland. (You can add salt after you add rice, and if you feel it's bland, you can add it then.)
STEP 8/10
Add 210g of rice over very low heat or with the gas off
Mix it evenly so that there are no lumps of rice. (If the gas heat is strong, other ingredients may burn when releasing the rice grains, so be careful.)
STEP 9/10
When the rice grains are evenly warmed up, stir-fry it over a medium heat over a gas stove. (Taste it and season it to taste with salt if you need more seasoning.)
STEP 10/10
If it's seasoned, turn off the gas stove and sprinkle sesame seeds, and you're done making tuna egg fried rice.^^
If you just eat it, it might be a little greasy, so enjoy it with kimchi.
