Preparing half-dried squid
Peel the squid and wash it in cold water
Cut the body long and put 2 or 3 legs on each side by side

Fried squid dough
The amount of frying powder, starch, cooking oil,
Add salt and pour cold water into the batter

I didn't add curry powder, so if you want a dark yellow one
When you knead it, you can add a little bit of chija water or curry powder and make fried food
If you want to make a crispy fried food, fry it twice and don't add too much
You have to fry it so that the temperature doesn't drop and stays the same, so it's fried deliciously!
