STEP 1/9
Clean the chestnut sweet potatoes under running water and peel them with fillers. Cut the peeled sweet potatoes into small pieces.I cut it into bite-sized pieces about 3cm.

Rinse the chopped sweet potatoes with water until they don't produce any crumbs.Rinse it several times, soak it in water, and leave it for about 10 minutes.

After about 10 minutes, rinse under running water to drain and thoroughly wipe the water off the sweet potatoes with a kitchen towel.

Place paper foil on air fryer and spread out sweet potatoes so that they don't overlap. Spray oil evenly on sweet potatoes with olive oil spray.

Turn the air fryer 200 degrees for 10 minutes, open the basket 10 minutes later, turn the sweet potato over, and return to 200 degrees for another 5 minutes.

Put 2 spoons of brown sugar, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide, and 3 spoons of water in a frying pan and turn it on low heat.

Bring to a boil over low heat until sugar dissolves.
STEP 8/9
Add baked sweet potatoes to syrup and mix well with a spoon. Keep the heat low.

If the syrup is well mixed with sweet potatoes, turn off the heat and mix well with black sesame seeds.
