STEP 1/13
These are the ingredients for the seasoning. Whole pepper, rosemary powder, smoked paprika powder, cayenne pepper, garlic herb salt. I used olive oil when I cooked whole chicken, but I didn't put pork belly because it was so oily.
STEP 2/13
It's a whole pork belly for boiled pork belly.
STEP 3/13
Pork belly makes cuts. That way, it cooks evenly and the seasoning goes into the inside. It's bigger to make the insides ripen than the seasoning.
STEP 4/13
It's a total of three lumps, and they give the same basic seasoning. Grind the garlic herb salt and pepper and coat the sides well.
STEP 5/13
Then, put some smoked paprika powder on the other, and put some Kayen Pepper on the other. The last little chunk is just the most basic, salt, pepper. Sprinkle rosemary powder on all three lumps.
STEP 6/13
Put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen.
STEP 7/13
After letting it ripen for about an hour, prepare to bake. First, cut the onions into thick pieces and spread them under the grilling net. Then the moisture goes up and the scent goes up. The smell disappears.
STEP 8/13
Put the thick pork belly that was marinated and marinated on top of the onion. The rightmost one is smoked paprika, the middle one is cayenne pepper, and the last little chunk is just the basic seasoning.
STEP 9/13
Put it in the air fryer. It would be good if you put paper foil on the oil pan. If you put the kitchen towel back on top, when you wash the dishes
STEP 10/13
Bake the front for 25 minutes at 180 degrees first. After 25 minutes, turn it over and bake for another 20 minutes. The sides don't have to be baked. Because the sides can also be baked together when they are baked back and forth.
STEP 11/13
Grilled pork belly with crispy skin and well-done is ready. It's very crispy on the outside. It's moist inside.
STEP 12/13
The sides are perfectly baked. You don't have to grill it sideways, but if you want a crispy taste, you can turn it to the side and bake it for another 10 minutes.
STEP 13/13
Cut it into bite-size pieces according to your preference and put them on a plate. For dipping sauce, salt, red pepper paste, and ssamjang are good. Salted shrimp is good, too.
It's a bit sticky on the outside, so it's better to sprinkle a little bit of salt instead of salted shrimp. Or mustard sauce would be good. Grilled pork belly meat is done.
