Wash the chicken at the tip of the wings and the Achilles tendon of the legs, and dry them with paper towels.

Prepare garlic, ginger, and green onion by cutting them.

Put the chicken in a heated pan, add salt, and grill it for 3 minutes, golden brown, not rummaging over high heat.
