STEP 1/8
Cut the middle part of salted pollack roe with a knife and spread it out. Use a spoon to scratch the pollack roe.
STEP 2/8
Chop 1/3 of the green onions and slice 5-6 garlic.
STEP 3/8
Grease a frying pan with plenty of cooking oil, stir-fry sliced green onions and garlic over low heat, then add 2 spoons of salted pollack roe.
STEP 4/8
Add 1 spoon of cooking wine and stir-fry over medium low heat.
STEP 5/8
Place the stir-fried salted pollack roe on one side of the frying pan and break two eggs into the empty space. When the eggs start to cook, stir with chopsticks to make scrambled eggs.
STEP 6/8
When the egg is about 80 percent cooked, mix it with the stir-fried salted pollack roe. Add a little pepper and mix well.
STEP 7/8
Put a bowl and a half of rice here and stir-fry it over medium heat while spreading the rice grains. Stir-fry the ingredients evenly to mix well with the rice, then season it and add dark soy sauce or salt to match the lack of seasoning.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, add 1 spoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix well.
