-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it.
- If you use half of the green onions, it comes out 2T. Cut it into very small pieces.

Pour enough cooking oil into a heated frying pan and break 2 eggs.

Please pop the yolk a little bit.

Sprinkle about 0.2T of salt.

Place green onions gently on top of eggs.

Add mozzarella cheese here and there.

Cover and melt the cheese over low heat in the gas stove.

When the cheese is all melted, put it on a plate and sprinkle about 0.2T of parsley powder to finish.
-It is a good side dish for children and a light alcohol snack for adults.
-Don't sprinkle too much salt.
-You can use cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella cheese.
