Wash mussels in cold water.
* Remove any mussels with open mouth or broken skin.

Remove the washed mussels by pulling the yoksa up and rinsing them cleanly under running water.

Slice the green onion diagonally.

Chop the cheongyang peppers diagonally.

Slice 2 cloves of garlic.

Put 500ml of water and mussels in a pot and boil over high heat with a lid on it.
* You have to boil mussels in cold water from the beginning to open your mouth.

When the mussel opens its mouth, add green onions, Cheongyang red pepper, garlic, and 1/3T of thick salt and boil it for a while to finish.
