STEP 2/8
Pour the agar water soaked for more than 10 minutes into a pot and simmer lightly over medium heat. It's perfect when the edges boil.

When the edge of agar water boils, add white sediment and mix well.
STEP 4/8
When the sediment melts well, add honey.
STEP 5/8
And add green tea powder.
STEP 6/8
It is important to mix the green tea powder evenly so that it does not clump together.
It should never cool down at this time. When agar cools, it hardens and does not loosen afterwards.
If you put in less agar powder, it melts in your mouth, and if you put in enough, it becomes the texture of regular red bean jelly that we know it.
Adjust 1g of agar powder according to desired texture.
STEP 7/8
If the green tea powder is well-done, turn off the heat, put it in a wide mold, and put it in the refrigerator and cool it completely.
If you don't have a frame, you can use a side dish container like me.
