Wash the mussels in cold water.

Put water and mussels together in a pot, cover it, and bring to a boil.

When the mussel opens its mouth while it is boiling, add the prepared green onions, cheongyang peppers, and garlic.

Then add thick salt to season it, boil it for a while, and turn off the heat.

Transfer mussel soup to bowl.
Since mussels don't have a thick soup compared to the amount, add water just enough to soak the mussels.
