STEP 1/9
Add 6 eggs, remove the string, add 120ml of water, and dissolve.
* If you remove the string for soft steamed eggs, the yolk will dissolve better.
* 10 to 20ml of water is appropriate for each egg.
STEP 2/9
Add 1T of salted shrimp soup for flavor.
* I use the salted shrimp
STEP 3/9
Add 1T of sugar to 2.
STEP 4/9
Heat an empty glass container in a pot of water
* After heating the container, add egg water, and the protein quickly coagulates and does not stick.
STEP 5/9
Put 1T of sesame oil in a heated glass container and spread it evenly.
* When sesame oil is applied, steamed eggs fall neatly from the bowl after completion, creating a more savory taste.
STEP 6/9
Sift the egg water and put it in a glass container.
* If you strain the egg water through a sieve, bubbles do not form, so you can make soft and fluffy steamed eggs.
STEP 7/9
Cook it in medium hot water for 10 to 15 minutes until the egg water is half-cooked without covering the lid, and cook it for an additional 5 to 10 minutes with green onions, torn crab sticks, or shrimp flesh as garnish.
* Do not cover the lid to prevent the water in the lid from entering the egg water.
* The cooking time may vary depending on the firepower of each household, so adjust it.
STEP 8/9
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Remove the finished steamed eggs from the glass container and cut them into bite-size pieces and plate them.
-. It takes longer than you think because you don't cover it, so if you want to cook it quickly, it's better to cover it.
