Chop cabbage and red onion finely. Cut cucumbers in half, cut them into half-moon pieces, and carrots make flowers with molds. It can be replaced with vegetables such as lettuce and paprika.

Wash raw jujube clean and shred it with the skin.

Soak vegetables except jujube in cold water for about 10 minutes and remove moisture. It's important to remove the water in a salad. If the water is not removed properly, the dressing becomes watery and doesn't taste good.

Crami is triangular and boiled eggs are sliced. I cut the boiled egg without cooling it completely, and the shape was crushed, so I cut the cooled egg again. The shape came out round and pretty.

It's Whole Grain Mustard Dressing. I made it with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard. You can add or subtract Whole Grain mustard to your liking.
STEP 6/8
Stack vegetables in the middle of the plate and set boiled eggs on the edge.
STEP 7/8
Put the creamy in between the boiled eggs.

Put the apple jujube on top at the end. Well, there's no standard way to put it in, so try to put it in your own way.
