Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the radish into half-moon pieces
STEP 2/6
Mix the sauce in advance and prepare
(2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of sugar,
2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little bit of pepper)

Place radish in a pan and add 1 cup of rice water and bring to a boil
