I'm going to make lemon chips with the skin, so it's better to clean them. First, pour hot water and wash it by turning it. I let it soak for about 20 to 30 seconds.

Let cool immediately with cold water. If it's too hot, it can be cooked, so you have to cool it down.

Add 1 to 2T of vinegar and baking soda to water and soak the lemon. Then, let it stand for about 10 minutes and rub it to wipe it off. And rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Cut off both sides of the lemon.

Slice the lemon as thin as possible.

Remove all lemon seeds with a fork. Lemon seeds have a bitter taste, so it's good to remove them.

Place paper foil on air fryer and top with lemon slice as much as possible.
STEP 8/9
Bake air fryer at 100 degrees for 90 minutes. Open once every 30 minutes and turn the lemon over.
STEP 9/9
If you soak the finished lemon chip in water, you can drink fresh lemon water.
Be sure to remove the seeds when making lemon chips.
