Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add a piece of kelp and cook the rice thoroughly.
To make sweet vinegar, put vinegar:sugar:salt in a ratio of 3:2:0.3, microwave it, and mix it with sweet vinegar in rice.
Put rice mixed with sweet vinegar and put wasabi on it.
STEP 2/4
Place sliced salmon on top to make it's easy to eat.
STEP 3/4
Add 3 spoons of mayonnaise, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of lemon juice, a little pepper powder, chopped onion, and minced garlic to make tartar sauce, place it on top, and decorate it in radish order.
STEP 4/4
If you don't like raw salmon, you can grill it with a torch and make salmon aburi.
