Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean the sweet potatoes and remove the skin.

Cut the peeled sweet potato into bite-size pieces.

Remove starch by putting cut sweet potatoes into cold water.

Put cooking oil in a pan and heat it to 180 to fry sweet potatoes for 4-5 minutes.

Put grain syrup and persimmon in a pan and boil it while stirring to make sauce.
STEP 7/7
Remove the fat from the fried sweet potatoes and mix them with the persimmon sauce.
Sweet potatoes are children's favorite ingredients and are rich in dietary fiber and potassium to improve intestinal activity and help discharge sodium. Sweet potatoes have a smooth surface, even shape, and hard tissue, and when you hear it, you feel the weight. You have to soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes to remove starch before they stick to each other when fried.     I like sweet potato mattang, but I refrained from it because I had a lot of sugar concerns, but the recipe that the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety posted was made because I thought I could eat healthier using persimmon, but it's much better than the existing recipe!!! I strongly recommend it
