Making open crab meat sandwiches on top of baguette
We made a simple open sandwich using the remaining baguette bread, and it is a dish using crab salad that can go well with bread or other bread.

  • Pickled radish

  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Crammy
    5ea
  • Sugar
    0.5T
  • Mayonnaise
    2T
  • Honey mustard
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Bake baguette bread at 180 degrees air fryer for 5 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Chop the pickled radish into small pieces.
STEP 3/8
Slice 1/4 of both arms and soak in water for more than 10 minutes to remove the spiciness.
STEP 4/8
Please prepare 5 pieces of crabmeat by tearing them to the grain.
STEP 5/8
Remove the onion from the water and chop it finely.
STEP 6/8
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with 0.5T of sugar, 2T of mayonnaise and 1T of honey mustard
STEP 7/8
Place sandwich fillings on top of baked baguette.

It's a delicious open crab sandwich.
