STEP 1/8
Two to three centimeters of bacon
Onions are about 1cm long
Sausage is larger than regular Vienna sausage, so I cut it in half and used it
STEP 2/8
You can prepare rice cakes according to your preference
You can use Noodle Tteok
You can use flour cake like me!
If you like the texture of rice cake, please prepare rice cake
STEP 3/8
I'll make rose tteokbokki sauce
Add the ingredients one at a time
Spicy curry powder + red pepper powder + chicken stock or beef soup + Pepper powder + sugar + parmesan cheese + fresh cream + milk = rose sauce complete
STEP 4/8
Put 300ml of water in the frying pan
When the water starts to boil, add tteokbokki rice cake, chopped bacon, sausages, and onions
Boil it for about 3 minutes!
STEP 5/8
Add the prepared rose tteokbokki sauce and bring to a boil
I kept boiling it over hot water
Continue stirring and help loosen the clumpy powder ~
STEP 6/8
After boiling it for 3 minutes, I added quail eggs
If you don't have it, you can pass!
STEP 7/8
If it's too bland, add a bit of salt
I added 2 skewers of salt!
I recommend you season it with salt, not soy sauce
STEP 8/8
When it reaches the desired concentration, turn off the heat and finish
Lastly, I sprinkled a bit of parsley powder
Put it on the table and taste the spicy and soft rose tteokbokki
I think sausage and bacon are a must for rose tteokbokki ~
If you don't prefer thick, add a 1:1 ratio of milk to whipped cream
