STEP 1/9
I prepared ingredients for stir-fried soondae.
I'm going to use supermarket sundae.
You can also add oyster mushroom and cabbage.
STEP 2/9
Slice garlic and cut onion and paprika into 1cm thick and 5cm long pieces.
STEP 3/9
Chop the perilla leaves a little bit and cut the rest into 1.5cm wide pieces.
STEP 4/9
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of perilla powder, and add pepper and pour 150ml of water.
Mix it well and make the sauce.
STEP 5/9
Transfer the sundae to a bowl and heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
You have to heat the sundae beforehand and stir-fry it at the end so that the sundae doesn't go away.
STEP 6/9
Put 2 tablespoons of perilla oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry sliced garlic for 30 seconds, then add sliced green onions and onions and stir-fry for another minute to give it a flavor.
STEP 7/9
Add the seasoning sauce and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 8/9
Add paprika and when it boils, add sundae and mix.
Add perilla leaves, mix quickly, and turn off the heat to complete.
STEP 9/9
Place in a bowl and top with shredded perilla leaves.
Spicy and savory stir-fried sundae with perilla seeds and perilla leaves is great for late night snacks or makgeolli.
You have to heat the sundae beforehand and stir-fry it a little bit so that the sundae doesn't get messy.
