Onion peel contains quercetin and flavonoids. These ingredients are good because they inhibit vascular wall damage and lower cholesterol levels that cause cardiovascular disease. Today, I'm going to make a unique onion peel. I made it by applying Jun Jin's recipe.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Red onions are sweeter than regular onions. I'm only going to use the red onion skin.
STEP 2/10
I'll prepare a tea bag for Roundletcha.
STEP 3/10
Prepare one regular onion and one red onion each and only prepare the skin.
STEP 4/10
Soak 2 tablespoons of vinegar in cold water for about 10 minutes and wash it three or four times.
STEP 5/10
Put it on a sieve and dry it. It dries up in a day.
STEP 6/10
It's a well-dried onion peel.
STEP 7/10
Boil onion skin in 1 liter of water for 20 minutes. Remove the onion skin.
STEP 8/10
Turn off the heat and boil it with a round tea bag.

It's done like this.

It's more savory because it's round than when the onion skin is boiled. A round tea bag is a godsend. Leave it for two to three days.
Don't eat on an empty stomach. If you have a bad kidney because it contains a lot of potassium, don't eat it.
