Making gimbap fried rice that I want to eat
It's been a while since I had gimbap, so I have some left. So I was thinking about making jeon or frying it, and I suddenly thought about stir-frying it. So I'm going to make gimbap fried rice.

Ingredients
  • rice roll
    1.5ea
  • egg
    1ea
  • thick soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Cooking oil
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the kimbap into small pieces.
STEP 2/6
Place eggs in a pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and lightly scramble.
STEP 3/6
Then, add the cut kimbap and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/6
When the rice gets hot, add the soy sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Lastly, add sesame oil and stir-fry it for 30 seconds.
STEP 6/6
It's done!
If the rice grains are hard, add 2 spoons of water and stir-fry it. You can add any vegetables you want. It is also delicious to use oyster sauce instead of thick soy sauce. It doesn't matter what kind of kimbap it is.
