STEP 1/6
Using a chopping knife, shred the carrots thinly.
STEP 2/6
Place shredded carrots in a bowl and add 2 tbsp olives, vinegar and honey, 0.5 tbsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Then, marinate for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Place 5g of butter in a frying pan and add bread when half melted.
And when the butter is half left, turn the bread over and proceed in the same way.
STEP 4/6
Place the brown bread on a plate,
Place half-cooked egg fry neatly on top of the bread.
STEP 5/6
Next, place the carrot lappe that has been pickled for 10 minutes on top of the bread and shape it.
STEP 6/6
If you made the shape well, you can decorate it with parsley as the last time.
When you eat sandwiches, you often put them on bread such as jam, peanut butter, and ketchup, and this carrot-lape open sandwich is half-cooked, so if you mix it with sauce, the taste will fly all over the place(?)
I dipped peanut butter separately in a small bowl and ate it :)
Also, since it's an "open" sandwich with long shredded carrots on it, it doesn't cut well when cutting with a knife, so if you want to cut it, I'd rather cut it with scissors and eat it clean and clean!
