Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash burdock thoroughly, peel, and chop it into small pieces.
It's better to cut burdock into small pieces because it's hard and may not cook well.

Peel the yam and cut it into small pieces. It looks like chicken radish lol
If you touch it with your bare hands, it can be very itchy, so make sure to wear plastic gloves
STEP 3/6
Prepare shiitake by removing the bottom and cutting it into pieces.

Place the yam, burdock, and shiitake mushrooms on top of the rice and add the water in 1:1 ratio with the rice. When it boils up, lower the heat and let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes
** You can cook white rice for the electric rice cooker.
STEP 5/6
Making marinade
Make the sauce while the rice is being cooked. Cut the green and red peppers into small pieces and mix 3 spoons of soy sauce with 1 spoon of sesame oil.
It's a temple food, so I don't use green onions because I don't put in green onions, but if you just want to eat it, it's delicious if you chop green onions into small pieces like me and add red pepper
