Ingredients
  • egg
    2~3ea
  • Bacon
    2piece
  • Milk
    6T
  • Salt
    2little
  • ground pepper
  • Cooking oil
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 2T of cooking oil to prevent scrambled eggs from sticking to the rice cooker and cover the bottom with cooking oil by rolling my cooker
STEP 2/7
Add 2 eggs and 1 scrambled egg with coffee, 3 eggs and 2 slices (30g) of bacon
*My bacon is thin, so it's about 30g of 2 pieces together. 30g is enough for one piece
STEP 3/7
Add 6T (40g) of milk
STEP 4/7
Stir well with a plastic PP spoon that does not damage the coating and dissolve the yolk
*Tree or silicone spoon is good, too
STEP 5/7
Do it for 9 minutes and open it when there's 1 minute left
STEP 6/7
If you stir with a plastic PP spoon without environmental hormones that doesn't harm the coating, even the ones that seemed to be undercooked will be cooked in residual heat
STEP 7/7
Pour it into a bowl and sprinkle pepper, dried chive, or parsley to your liking to complete the plating. Enjoy your meal.
