Chop the cabbage.

Bake ham and bread until golden.
(I used half the bread because it was for a child.)

Spread mayonnaise on one side of bread.

Put ham, cheese, and cabbage on the bread and sprinkle ketchup.

Spread jam on the other bread.

Put the bread on top of it'

Wrap the ingredients well so that they don't come out.

Cut it into bite-size pieces and eat it when it's warm.
The more cabbage you put in, the better the texture and the better it tastes, but when you cut it in layers, you take care not to let the ingredients flow.
