This is the recipe for jajangmyeon with sliced pork belly.

  • sweet potato

  • leek

  • Black bean powder
    100g
  • Sugar
    0.5T
  • Water
    700ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it.
Cut 3 potatoes into appropriate sizes.

Cut the green onion into big pieces.
STEP 3/11
Cut the onions into squares, too.
STEP 4/11
Cut sweet potatoes into similar sizes as potatoes.
STEP 5/11
Stir-fry sliced pork belly in a large pot.
STEP 6/11
When the color is gone, add all the chopped vegetables.

Add 0.5T of sugar, please. Then stir-fry on a gas stove for about 2 minutes.

Add 700ml of water.

Boil potatoes and sweet potatoes until they are cooked. At the same time, remove the oil from the top with a spoon.

When the potatoes and sweet potatoes are all cooked, sprinkle the black bean powder.

Stir it evenly so that the jajang powder melts well, and then jajangmyeon is done!
