Ingredients
  • canned corn
    6~7spoon
  • unsalted butter
    1spoon
  • Mayonnaise
    1spoon
  • Pizza cheese
  • parsley powder
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Add 1 spoon of butter to a heated pan and melt the butter over medium-low heat.
STEP 2/9
Drain the canned corn and prepare it. When the butter melts, add 6 to 7 spoons of corn.Stir-fry over medium heat, stirring evenly with a spoon.
STEP 3/9
Stir-fry until the bottom of the frying pan is dry.
STEP 4/9
If the corn is well fried in butter, add a spoonful of savory mayonnaise to it.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry mayonnaise over medium heat, mixing evenly with corn kernels. (Mayonnaise is also oil, so if you stir-fry it, the corn kernels become glossy and transparent.)
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry until the corn kernel is dark yellow.
STEP 7/9
Spread the well-fried corn flat on the frying pan with a spoon and place the pizza cheese on top.
STEP 8/9
Cover and bake over low heat until pizza cheese melts and sprinkle with parsley powder at the end.
