It's the best steamed scallop when you eat it when you're chubby. The combination of the soy sauce and wasabi sauce is really great, so it's a taste that comes to mind the next day after eating it until I'm sick of it. Buy fresh scallops and enjoy them at home.

    700g
  • Water
    500ml
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    2T
  • Wasabi

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put water under the pot and add scallops over it.
STEP 2/4
Make soy sauce while the clams are cooking. Make 2T of seasoned soy sauce with wasabi.
STEP 3/4
Place on high heat for 6 minutes and 30 seconds and remove scallops.
STEP 4/4
Remove scallops and dip them in delicious soy sauce. It's a very simple and savory steamed scallop.
If you want to use the scallop soup because it's a waste, put the minimum amount of water and put garlic, salt, and green onions in the soup after the scallop is fully cooked. It's actually more disappointing to eat the soup alone than regular clam broth, so if you make soup with it as the base, the broth is good, so the soup dish becomes much better.
