Making Steamed Shrimp. It's easier to steam shrimp than grilled
In this season, shrimp is in season. We steam them often and eat them, but we eat them this way every time. It has much less ingredients than grilled salt and tastes the same. It's a way to steam shrimp deliciously in a way that's not cumbersome, so make sure to eat it this way when the shrimp is delicious.

Ingredients
  • Shrimp.
    1kg
  • Salt
    1handful
  • Water
    2L
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    2T
  • Wasabi
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put enough water under the steamer and place the shrimp in the steamer. Sprinkle a handful of salt on it.
STEP 2/5
Cover the steamer and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/5
While the shrimp is steaming, prepare a sauce to dip wasabi in the seasoned soy sauce.
STEP 4/5
Remove all shrimp that have passed 10 minutes, put them on a plate, and let them cool.
STEP 5/5
Peel the deliciously steamed shrimp and dip it in soy sauce.
After eating all the shrimp, it's really delicious if you just put your head together and make it buttered. I'll post a recipe for grilled shrimp butter, gambas, and biscuit sauce using shrimp heads later.
