Oi-tang-tang-tang (meaning 'cucumber-tang-tang')
While I was always thinking about healthy side dishes for a 5-year-old child, I made it by watching the recipe of "Oitangtangi" introduced on TV. Make a healthy diet for children so that they can develop a balanced eating habit without being picky.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel the cucumber and cut it into appropriate sizes.
(Adult does not need to peel)
STEP 2/6
Scrape the cucumber with a spoon.
STEP 3/6
Place cucumbers in disposable plastic bags and pat them with the back of a bat or knife.
(Power control is important.). If you hit it too hard, it'll crush)
STEP 4/6
Add seasoning ingredients (double vinegar, salt, minced garlic, sugar, sesame).
STEP 5/6
Mix cucumber and seasoning well, please.
STEP 6/6
If you add carrots, you can feel the new pretty color and crunchy texture.
