STEP 1/8
Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
And red pepper paste 1.5T, red pepper powder 3T, brewed soy sauce 6T, cooking wine 2T,
Add 1T of minced garlic, 2T of oligosaccharide, and 1T of plum syrup and mix well with the meat.
STEP 3/8
While the seasoning is ripening, peel an onion and shred it. Wash the lettuce to eat as a wrap.
STEP 4/8
If it's been about 30 minutes since the meat has been seasoned, I'll stir-fry it, but since pork belly has a lot of oil, I'll stir-fry it without putting oil. At first, the sauce may burn, so stir-fry it on medium low heat, and if the meat is too matte, you can stir-fry it with a little water.
STEP 5/8
When the meat is fully cooked, add chopped onions and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/8
When the meat is fully cooked, add sesame oil
STEP 7/8
If you add sesame seeds, the stir-fried spicy pork is done.
I'm going to wrap it in a wrap, so the seasoning isn't weak.
STEP 8/8
Transfer as much as you want to eat to a plate and wrap it in a wrap and enjoy it.
My kids also made a bowl of rice with lettuce wrap.
