Pour 900ml of water into a pot, add a stock pack, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cut the pier into bite-size pieces, too.

Beat in 2 eggs and prepare them.

Remove the stock pack and add 2/3T of salted shrimp and 1T of tuna liquid.

Add all the chopped tofu to the well-boiled broth. And when the soup boils, add the beaten egg.

When the eggs are done, add 0.5T of minced garlic.

Add the last chopped green onion and cheongyang red pepper. Please wait for at least 1 minute for Cheongyang red pepper and green onion to cook.

It's a refreshing clear soup style salted shrimp egg tofu soup.
You have to add the eggs and wait a little before stirring so that it doesn't get messy.
