Kimchi soft tofu stew!
I added soft tofu to the kimchi and made a simple stew

Ingredients
  • ripe kimchi
    250g
  • soft tofu
    2pack
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1~2ea
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • Salt
    1ts
  • Sugar
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut ripe kimchi or sour cabbage kimchi into bite-size pieces and put them in a pot
STEP 2/7
Pour 4 cups of water or broth and add minced garlic and simmer for 10 minutes
STEP 3/7
Cut the green onions and chili peppers into small pieces
STEP 4/7
Cut soft tofu in half and prepare it's ready
STEP 5/7
Place soft tofu in boiling water for 10 minutes
STEP 6/7
Add chopped green onions and chili peppers and bring to a boil
Taste the soup, add the missing ingredients, and simmer for about 10 minutes
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add eggs and mix it gently
It's good if you add clams or pork as much as you want
