Put the rice shrimp in a heated frying pan and stir-fry it over medium heat for about 1 minute.

Remove the stir-fried rice shrimp, add the onion and carrot and stir-fry it over medium heat for about a minute.

In a large bowl of 100g of rice, break the seaweed powder into small pieces and put it in. Then, add all the rice shrimp/onions/carrots. Add 1T of sesame oil.

Stir in all ingredients to blend well. Then, make a rice ball shape into a round shape.
