The buckwheat and keto gimbap that I made this time It's a diet that makes you feel good^^ If you make it, it looks good It's a menu that makes you feel good while eating. It doesn't have much ingredients, so I made it simple Feels like a dish ^^ I ate it deliciously as if I was tasting a delicacy. Make sure to make Kitto kimbap without rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Please prepare ingredients for kimbap first.
Beat in 2 eggs and prepare with a little salt.

Roll it thickly as if rolling an egg roll and cut it.

Slice the peeled and seeded avocados thickly.
STEP 4/11
Please prepare crab meat by dividing 1 king crab meat into 1/4 pieces.

I used only one serving of buckwheat noodles.

The method of boiling buckwheat noodles is similar to that of regular noodles.
When the noodles boil and foam rises, pour cold water and boil it for about 4 minutes.

Wash the boiled noodles in cold water immediately to remove starch and drain enough to prepare.

Add 0.8T of tuna liquid, 0.5T of plum extract, and 1T of perilla oil and mix well.

It can be harder to cut than regular kimbap. If you wrap it and cut it, it's easy to shape it, so you can cut it easily^^
