STEP 1/9
Cut about 1/4 heads of ripe kimchi into small pieces. If you have kimchi soup, add half a ladle.
STEP 2/9
I used 300g of canned saury. Open the can of saury and leave it for a while, and pour only the soup in the can of saury into the kimchi. And boil it with kimchi on medium low heat for a while and cook kimchi first.
STEP 3/9
Once the kimchi soup is cooked, add 200ml of water and saury.
STEP 4/9
Add 1/2T of minced garlic.
STEP 5/9
Add a generous 1.5T of pepper powder and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/9
Chop 1/2 onion while the pot is boiling.
STEP 7/9
When steamed saury kimchi boils, add sliced onions and simmer over medium-low heat until kimchi is relaxed.
STEP 8/9
When the kimchi is tired, add 1T of soy sauce and season it.
STEP 9/9
Boil it one more time and you're done with braised saury kimchi. It's braised kimchi, but I prefer it with a certain amount of soup, so I made a small amount of soup. The first grade of elementary school is complete with rice thief who eats deliciously!!
