Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the ripe avocado in half
Separate the flesh from the skin and slice it thinly
STEP 2/6
I cut the tomatoes into 0.5cm slices, removed the seeds, and used them

Cut the sausage into a sheath and bake it golden with bacon
