Put a pack of 4 anchovies, 5 pieces of kelp, and 5 dried pollack and boil the raw whelks together

After the water boils, boil it over high heat for 15 minutes

Use a fork to separate the whelk from the shell

Rinse it with water and use it

Cut the dried pollack into small pieces
Marinate with water, soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine

Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces

Cut the washed lettuce and perilla leaves into big pieces

Add red pepper powder + red pepper paste + sugar + soy sauce + vinegar + plum extract + honey + tuna and mix well

Choose the side you want and boil it

I put the whelk on top of the vegetables and added the seasoning
