How to make Tofu Porridge
I made a savory and soft tofu porridge using leftover tofu.

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • instant rice
    1/2bowl
  • Broth
    500ml
  • oatmeal
    3T
  • Fish soy sauce

Cooking Steps

It's good to add broth, but if you don't, you can use water.

Use a kitchen towel to remove the water from the tofu.

Stir-fry mashed tofu over medium-low heat until the moisture evaporates.

When the water has evaporated to a certain extent, add the broth and bring to a boil.

Put in the rice,

Add oatmeal and bring to a boil.

You can season it with fish sauce, and if you don't have fish sauce, you can season it with soup soy sauce or soy sauce.

Stir it well and boil it to make tofu porridge.
Remove the moisture from the tofu and stir-fry it in the pan. You can increase the amount of rice even without oatmeal. If you don't have soy sauce, you can season it with soy sauce or soup.
