Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Blanch Vienna sausage in boiling water and cut it into 6 pieces
STEP 2/6
Blanch the shrimp in boiling water and cut it in half
STEP 3/6
Cut the frozen pork belly into slices similar to radish sprouts, grill it on a heated pan, and stir-fry it with 0.5T of oyster sauce
STEP 4/6
If you grill pork belly for too long, it's hard when you make Vietnamese rolls, so don't grill it thoroughly
STEP 5/6
Chop paprika, apple, melon and gold kiwi into similar lengths as radish sprouts
STEP 6/6
Prepare peanut sauce and Vietnamese spring roll sauce and mix 1T of mayonnaise and 1T of Sriracha sauce to make a different sauce
